We are frequent guests at Drury Lafayette and have always enjoyed our stay. This weekend we had to cut our stay short due to an emergency involving a family member. The front desk agent, Kai immediately reached out to corporate rewards department and was able to get our points reinstated so that we didn’t lose our free night. We are very grateful that he went the extra mile for us, and look forward to our next stay.
1st time at a Drury, and I was impressed.
We arrived after a long, frustrating drive - the hotel was easy to get to from the freeway and check in was a breeze! Then we went to our room and it reeked like smoke - so back down to the front desk we went to ask for a different room. Kai was on duty (he has just checked us in) and he could not have been more helpful and accommodating. It was a very busy night and we felt bad, but he managed to get us a different room that was super clean, nicer, and some Drury points for the “inconvenience” (which wasn’t his fault).
