The staff was nice, and the room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the king bed, with 2 rooms. The hotel is very close to the VA and University of Iowa Hospitals.
Love this Drury Inn! It’s always clean and the staff is attentive, friendly and helpful… someone is always at the front desk. The beds are comfy and everything in the room is in working order. The breakfast has lots of variety and the 5:30 kick back is a perfect end to the day.
Clean modern room and hotel. Very reasonable price. Evening hospitality dinner and drinks make traveling so much easier. Nice buffet at dinner, salads, soup, sandwiches and an adult beverage X3 all included. Nice breakfast spread, good fresh coffee.
A bit of an unnecessary circus for my father, who booked the stay for our family, to receive any kind of refund for having to cancel one of our reservations for a family member that could no longer attend the family reunion vacation we were on. With over two months notice, he simply received vouchers/credit for a future stay (which to note was at least something positive to receive, although a full monetary refund would have gone far in terms of quality customer service at corporate considering our loyalty on multiple stays ... read more
