Stayed at the Drury for a soccer tournament. Coming from Washington, we don't have the Drury Hotel Chain. Had no idea what to expect, as the team manager makes our reservations. I was beyond impressed!!!! Customer service is hands down the best of any hotel chain I have stayed at. From the front desk staff to the facility staff to bar staff to the housekeeping staff, each person was 100% friendly and clearly customer service oriented! If you haven't stayed in a Drury inn, you should. Price includes more than just your room.
This hotel goes above and beyond with customer service. I travelled with my husband and dog. We booked a room for one night and decided to stay another night right for an extra day of rest before a long drive. They were able to accommodate us without any hassle. All of the staff were very friendly and personable. They offer free breakfast and dinner for guests. The area seemed safe.
