I am on night one of a three night stay but so far super pleased with the accommodation and especially the night staff, Casey. I had a long and difficult travel day and did not check in until about 10:00 PM. All of the troubles of the day seemed to melt away with Casey's friendly face, and very helpful demeanor and attitude. She was very responsive to my request for extra pillows. It may sound cliche, but sometimes a smile can make all the difference in the world. A few weekends ago, we took our son out of town for some furniture shopping and stayed at the Drury. We'd stayed at this chain years ago in San Antonio and loved it. The free breakfast, snacks, and drinks are perfect when you have kids. I did not know that it was a special weekend for many people, including an Ironman competition, tween kids (Full Teams!) with their families for their sports competition, and several overlapping Spring Breaks.
