Wow! They were great! When we first arrived, our room was not ready yet and we were a little concerned about what to do with our three young children. However, they quickly got the room ready and we unpacked and headed to the pool. After the pool (also great), we got to enjoy the 5:30 kickback. SO nice for families with young kids! Went to an event here in one of the conference rooms. It held 120 people Comfortably in seats With ample room to spare. Water, coffee, Creamer, sugar and sugar substitute We're all provided. We put the chairs to the side for one of the sessions, Performed yoga. I forgot my yoga mat and the hotel provided me two towels to use.
Very clean and spacious! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love the kickbacks and bartender was super friendly.
The staff here is purely outstanding. We stay here often and we are treated like family. Our room is always clean as is the entire facility. Did I mention the staff? Always so helpful and cheerful. They all have your best interest at heart. Always a hello and is there anything we can get you... The kickback is always superb here. Hot and tasty.
