Excellent. Room was well maintained. The bathroom was also well maintained. Everything worked fine. Location was very close to Polaris. Definitely would stay again.
Nice staff, clean, quiet. And I left my kindle in the room at this hotel and the housekeeping staff turned it in to their lost and found which I am forever grateful for. Thank you!!
Friendly staff. Desk, food service & housekeeping were all helpful. Great Happy Hour with hot snacks & up to 3 drinks included. Rooms clean, tidy, & airy. No smoking enforced. You'd have to be there but amazing shower heads.
I needed a hotel to stay in for after the OSU game and this was perfect. It is located right off of 71 and 270. It is near all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The staff was freindly at check-in and the room was clean and roomy. There was a free breakfast that had everything you want before hitting the road.
Another overall great stay. Loyalty often begins with an issue handled well. GM Lauren did just that. We’ve stayed here many times and brought several groups over the years. FREE DINNER from 5:30-7 with 3 free adult beverages and self serve soda machine. Very good hot breakfast. Location convenient to highway, many attractions, tons of restaurants, and shopping. Can’t wait to return and agin award them their well-deserved 5 star rating again.
