We were there for my daughter's 10th birthday for the Morgan Wallen concert with like 99% of Cleveland. Traveling 7 hours from Chicago IL there's always that slight chance the booking gets messed up, the hotel over books AND the entire city was sold out. Charles, Celina, and Anima (sp?) were so gracious and nice. We got there early, they held our bags and ensured we had a room. They actually gave us an ADA approved room which was larger than our original room and gave us a $200 credit off our night stay!!!! We trust Drury an... read more
Very good hotel, Pool could be more cleaner Good food and super staff
The hotel was really nice and quiet. The housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. I stayed for 8 days. My room was was cleaned immaculately when I arrived. On the 2nd day, I returned to my room with my drink glass (adult beverage glass) was not removed for two days. I noticed it again on the 2nd day when noticed that my bathroom was halfway cleaned including the shower mat was still where I left it on the floor, with a new one hanging where they usually hang it.
