Hotel is decent. Older hotel. Got room 523. Smelled like someone had pissed on the floor. Asked for another room and they were sold out. They did go and spray down the room but it didn’t last long. AC didn’t cool past 75 either
Wow! Never been to a hotel where they serve FREE Dinner and Bar Drinks!!! Free breakfast almost any hotel does that but this is wonderful! Staff is very friendly. Definitely coming back!!! And will recommend to family and friends
This is the best place to stay. I have never stayed at the other locations in charolette nc, but my family loves this hotel. The staff are quite possibly the nicest people on planet earth. Don’t know where they found these people but they are the secret to life! We did experience a small issue this last time with the fire alarm going kind of crazy in our room bc they were doing some pressure washing in stairwell and I assume the steam made it act crazy.
