We are longtime fans of this hotel chain and stay here in most states that we travel. With that being said this is one of our least favorite experiences. I will say that the staff are nice and accommodating but our stay was very unpleasant. First, it was overcrowded and our room was very dated. The refrigerator didn't work however they did immediately replace it with another (dirty) one. Secondly, the crowd that was staying there was not ideal. Very crowded. Of course they almost lost my room due to over booking even tho I reserved it online and called the day of. Our room had huge gnats but otherwise was clean. People were partying in the parking lot and I've never experienced that at a drury inn. Felt uncomfortable with all my kids.
