Amazing staff and customer service! Outdated tech in rooms, and roaches I was all the way on the 7th floor and outside the glass on the edge were cockroaches found smaller roaches around the hotel room. was kind of annoyed with their policy on vaping considering there were literal roaches in my room that I had to stay in for a week. Also breakfast was fantastic 🔥🔥🔥
Overnight stop on our way to and from FL. Get there in time for their kick back and leave after enjoying breakfast. Helpful with the family travel budget. Enjoyed our stay here for the past 2 years on our annual trip.

Visited from the UK, great hotel and great location.We recently visited the charlotte area for a week whilst our son attended a Summer basketball camp and this hotel was perfect for us. Staff were lovely and so polite and attentive. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with plenty to eat as was the Kick back in the evening. Room was very clean and spacious. Fantastic hotel with amazing staff! Made our stay in Charlotte very enjoyable🇺🇸
