Our stay was fantastic from start to end! On Friday night I spoke with guest services, Ricardo, who was amazing at navigating the hotel rooms and our special needs having both pups and a handicap senior citizen in our group When we checked in we spoke with guest services, Adel, who got us all set up! The front desk was super busy and she handled it with grace, even having the guest services manager come and assist to move the line more quickly. Both the dinner and breakfast were really good and we can't wait to stay again!
Very nice hotel!!! Professional & Pleasant Staff!! Great location!!! Would definitely recommend!! Of course all hotel offer free breakfast but this hotel offer free dinner from 5:30-7pm & fresh popcorn at 4pm for the stay!! You can't beat that!!! Worth every stay!!!
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room had an odor combo of pet and ashtrays but because of our schedule we weren’t able to ask to switch until after our event but it was too late and we were given febreeze to accommodate. We were told our room could be aired out in the morning. We attended our event early in the next morning and came back after 3 though the room did smell better housekeeping didn’t bother to do much of anything in the room beside literally throw the sheets back on the bed .
