We checked in around 2am (with an online reservation and a phone call to ensure a room with 2 queen beds was available) and the lady was unprofessional, unhelpful and hard to deal with. After about 30 minutes, she offered us a king bed with a pull out couch. When we got to the room, there was a king bed but no pull out couch. Our family of 4 slept in the king bed. We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Jennel at the front desk, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was also outstanding! Chef Novlette did an amazing job. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Kickback and breakfast were very good.
