Will never come here again I don’t recommend this hotel stay staff is not friendly management is horrible she has the worst attitude do not stay here the pool was not as clean as it should be for the price you have to pay definitely will be contacting their corporate office

Real reason I stay here is because of ADEL upfront. She’s awesome and always makes me smile. Super sweetheart! For the last 5 years I have been working in Charlotte. This is the only place I stay in Charlotte. Rooms always perfect, good bar, 5 star Happy Hour with good food and FREE drinks. Best part is the always fresh popcorn at all there locations, very good.
