Dusty and moldy on the vents. Gave 3 stars because of the perks.
Really great hotel with wonderful train themed lobby. The staff were the real reason for such a great stay. We come every year for the polar express and they make our stay even more magical. Wonderful!
If I could stay at a Drury Inn everywhere I went, I would. This specific hotel was super clean. Amazing and helpful staff. Jenn went above and beyond to help us with a parking issue. I also witnessed her go above and beyond for another guest too. Amazing people all around. Free dinner from 5:30-7:00am and free breakfast from 6:00-9:30am. What a savings. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Everything was as expected and more.
Excellent hotel, Drury is always our first choice. Staff is friendly and courteous
