Bathrooms are not being properly cleaned. Toilet has mold under the rim which i saw while taking a bath in the tub i had to clean myself. Rooms are ALWAYS hot hot when you arrive. You think they sit the air to at least 74 knowing someone is coming.
Absolutely loved our stay at Drury Plaza at Union Station! I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels, and honestly, Drury really impressed me. The room was spotless...no dust, everything was super clean and organized. The free breakfast was great, and the evening Kickback had surprisingly good food.
