They don’t answer their phones at both numbers listed. So,,,I carried this damn heavy scooter to the address it’s listed at for repairs and come to find out they not even located there anymore. The receptionist said they haven’t even been there in a while. Worst experience. .
They were great when I bought my scooter in 2020. But I have an issue with my permanent lock and getting a replacement battery but I’ve been trying to contact them and it’s been about 2 months of calling, text and email and no response!! Don’t expect any response from these people once they have your money!
Great company and customer service is awesome. Federico is always willing to help and honors all of the products warranties locally. No need to call or deal with an overseas company to repair or replace your escooter. Easy five stars!!
I bought the wide wheel pro about two years ago. I've been on wheels all my significantly long life from roller blades to Harleys. This scooter ranks at the top: great power,great range, great reliability, great wheel surface to ground and great people to deal with.
