Pat Drummond and her team are a gem . They gave me good advice I kept up with what was selling and what was not , list prices etc, I painted some trim and installed a couple new light fixtures and decluttered my home and sold my place to the very first person who walked in .I believe I got top $ for my home and they've been very helpful thru the whole process.
