I recently posted a great review for Mr Drummer however after I received my car. My sunroof was broken and im still unable to use it so I just keep it closed until I can get it fixed. Mr Drummer denied being at fault. I never had any issues with my sunroof. My car was there for B5 service absolutely nothing to do with my sunroof .If its not broken why bother the sunroof. First and last time here. I will be going back to Ultimate Benz .Only came here because Ultimate Benz was booked. Thanks Mr Drummer 🤨
I had a horrible experience at Drummer Imports Mercedes Benz Service Center. The Owner, Mr. Drummer was very rude to me and showed horrible customer service to me. I was referred to him and his business by my Service Rep at Mercedes Benz of Buckhead Service Center, I was told Mr. Drummer would give me a lower price, about half the price or lower than what Mercedes of Buckhead service center offered. My first contact with Drummer Important Services & Sales Center, was by telephone where I was greeted promptly by a helpful staff member. I was able to make an appointment and when I went in, the diagnostics was explained in a thorough and fair manner. I was suprised and pleased to find out that they took me home and picked me up, granted, I live within 5 miles or so, but that saved me lots of money and time. Mr Drummer and his staff did an amazing job doing the B5 service on my vehicle. They were able to provide me with a loaner car to convenience me.If I could give them a 10 star I would. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is top tier. Thank you for complementary cleaning. My car is spotless.
