I found this place about a year ago and have been coming here ever since. The customer service is superb. I made the mistake of going to another place to get my car fixed and it was a disaster. Luckily Mr. Dummer was willing to forgive me and take me back as a loyal customer. Everything is fixed correctly the first time when I come here and I feel like home when I bring my car. We have been going to Drummer Imports for years for service on our Mercedes Vehicle. At each visit interactions with owner and staff have been wonderful. They have always been polite. The Service to our vehicle has been thorough with no issues. The waiting area is even very comfortable if you have to wait. Vehicle is always cleaned along with service G. Dickerson
Service on the same level as the dealership with certified mechanics as well. Dont hurt when the owner is a good guy himself and reachable.
I took my Mercedes E class in for its annual maintenance service at Drummer Imports and was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy extended by everyone I came in contact with while there. I was especially pleased when Mr. Drummer suggested that I still had some time on my brakes and should wait until the brakes indicator light comes on. This was a refreshing change from what typically happens when taken to the car dealer. Thanks Mr. Drummer and all your staff!
