TERRIBLE Customer service!!! I accompanied my uncle to an appointment he was given to apply for an apartment. The guy that tended to us was very rude and dismissive. He stated they had no availability… which makes no sense because why would they give an appointment and make us waste our time in going there! I then asked how much a one bedroom would cost, he said $1900, yet during our initial call they stated $1700! I called again after we left just to confirm pricing and they stated $1800??? Sketchy AF! I applied for one bedroom apt and I found the guy at the office after 2 phones call to check what’s going on with my application Asked for $200 no refund no receipt to help me with that THEY PLAY GAMES WITH PEOPLE NEED TO FIND PLACES TO LIVE IN
Called for pricing, they answer the phone like a personal line instead of a business
the apartment is very good the attention in the office is not very friendly but the maintenance man always fix everything very quickly.
