Horrible, the person speaking to me over the phone hung up on my face more than 2 times per conversation, and tryed to ego me talking about his buisness. Horribke attitude, would not recommended
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Drum Hill Autos. The owner, John Fotopoulos, was extremely unprofessional and aggressive. He yelled at me so harshly that I ended up in tears—only for him to continue yelling even after that. Mind you, less than 3 days after I went through a very complicated surgery that they had known about. Purchased a vehicle “as is” did not do my due diligence. Was told it was a strong running engine excellent condition and so on. Had the vehicle delivered would not go into reverse, so the next day I had it towed to a local shop. While a started the vehicle to drive it on to the rollback tow truck the starter would not disengage and the motor locked up.
