I’m giving three stars because they gave me a very fair price for my trade in. The experience that I had there was more one star. The whole process was quite clunky. Management was yelling and raising his voice often at employees. Also was complaining about the employees that worked there to me, a customer. Waited 4 hours for my vehicle the day it was supposed to be ready for pickup. I just purchased an SUV over the weekend. I can’t say enough how it was an awesome experience!! John and Angelina were a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Drum Hill Autos. They have some really nice cars and SUVs but it’s not the big dealer type of experience.
Great experience! The team at Drum Hill Autos took care of everything for me from start to finish. I never felt pressured to purchase. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car and a great price on the car I ended up purchasing. They even took care of the registration right on site saving me the trip to the RMV. 10/10 would recommend!
