Excellent service – Well I'm a convert. I had gone along to the Guitar Center sale where they were offering "buy 1 pair of drumsticks, get 11 free". The sticks were crap and I noticed they were selling a used Gretsch Grand Prix (retails NEW for $500) for $1200. Sam Adato's couldn't be more of a contrast. He's helpful, knowledgable, and best of all, won't sell you anything you don't need. I went in to buy new heads and ended up bringing my kit in, after talking to him.
