I literally just called because im trying to help someone and wanted to know general questions because the person im helping does not have a phone or know of any resources that will help them for their dental issues. I just called and the lady Teresa was rude all I asked was for general information so I know how to relay the info back or how can help the person and she said she can't talk to me and im like I just wanted information rude for no reason
Receptionist there are extremely rude like other people have mentioned.they do not listen or answer questions correctly about lab work and doctor expenses they will not cover.
Was treated badly. Services was not provided to my relative. I do not recommend. Please find another option. The ratings are low for a reason.
