I went here because it was the only PCP referral Serenity could provide. If it's all you can get, I'm sorry. You deserve doctors who've read up on their practice in the past decade. Had a much better time with Augusta University med students than I did with any of the three retired doctors I saw.

Teresa is a very rude individual that lacks empathy and respect for others. I came in for a new patient appointment and not only did I have to wait 2 1/2 hours to still not be seen. I was then told I would have to wait to be rescheduled until after an active clinic. I wasn’t even given an estimated date of when I could reschedule. She brings down the quality and reputation of the establishment as a whole.

Ministry Receptionist there are extremely rude like other people have mentioned. Update: A Woman by the name of -Teresa Williams- does not listen or answer questions correctly about lab work and doctor expenses they will not cover. She has a major problem of "grabbing" people and forcing them outside while tossing out their items. I sense out of her a lack of empathy, care and a severe nasty streak within her.
