great staff!
I’ve been here three times, and I will never go again. The lady Teresa at the front desk ruins the whole experience. They are supposed to help people who can’t afford to be seen at a traditional primary care. The doctors are good. I feel profiled because I have tattoos on my face and body. I’m rebuilding my life at a community rehab and the lady Teresa at the front desk is the nastiest nice person I have ever met. She would not give me my referral to another doctor until I could prove how I would pay for it. Personally my fi... read more
The receptionist there is very rude, my mom had an appointment and she wouldn’t let me in to speak with the doctor. Also, when I told my mom I will go outside because she always taught me to respect anyone older than me the woman came outside and grabbed my arm like she was redirecting to the car until I told her I was in the medical field I understand some doctor do not allow family in the room until after visits. Apparently, if you’re not a person of color, you can’t have an appointment here. Very disappointing!
