Avoid if you need proper medical attention. Moved from out of state, got my previous scripts wrong 3 times and charged me for visits to correct them. They take advantage of the situation. Waiting room is full of drug seekers, not people who need help. Sketchy pill mill. The demand cash, can't get scripts right. Very reminiscent of the pill mills from the early 2000s. Will be contacting the medical board and proper authorities.

Ella Williamson is one of rhe most helpful mental health professionals I've encountered in Tuscaloosa. Not only is she caring and empathetic, she has been extremely flexible and understanding in working with busy schedules, especially on Saturday. She has been a godsend to our family and has dramatically improved our quality of life. I am so thankful to have found her.

I usually do not bring negative reviews on here but this is insane. I have been dealing with this office since February for a visit I never received. On February 28th, 2025 I went for a visit but after speaking to the receptionist, it was recommended the visit be canceled and revisited later. However the receptionist had already charged me and stated I would receive a refund in about 10 business days. I allowed over 10 days to pass I received no refund so I had to make a dispute through my bank which is still ongoing in June... read more

I feel complete, safe and fulfilled once I leave my appointments. I NEVER feel rushed. Ella ALWAYS takes her time to listen and discuss how the medication is working. She checks to make sure there are no drug interactions and cross reference the medications with my gene sight results to ensure I’m taking a medication that works well with my genetics. Hands down the BEST psychiatrist I’ve experienced since 2021.

Ella Williamson is great, but they tried to make me pay $150 at an appointment (after I had already been seeing her for over a year) because the office manager and owner don’t understand how insurance works. They tried to tell me I had to meet my deductible for an office visit, which is incorrect, but they would not listen. I had to call my insurance to confirm what I already had been telling them.
