If this clinic doesn’t offer flu vaccines, they could have simply declined the appointment or informed patients beforehand. Instead, after we arrived, the receptionist rudely and aggressively questioned us about our personal medical information, only to tell us afterward that they didn’t have the flu vaccine available. Website says they still have the flu shot, when I came they didnt have it. Please update your status.
