1 star is being generous. Some of the staff at this pharmacy, especially the guy in the evenings, are very rude and condescending. Doesn’t matter what time you show up or if you are the only one at the counter, they pretend they don’t see you and then act like you interrupted them. Every time I have been here they say they’re too busy to fill the order and to come back the following day to pick up. They won’t give any time and the next day when you arrive it still is not ready. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.
Went for our family flu and COVID shots. The pharmacist was very friendly and patient, especially with our youngest who did NOT want to get shots.
I really do think the staff here can use a little bit of training. Yes I understand it’s not in the best area but please know that not everyone dropping off needle containers are active drug users some people actually have lifelong diseases that need to use needles. Don’t offer a service if it’s going to be an inconvenience for you…
Being a client at this pharmacy for 2 + years, I can attest that it has been a very unpleasant experience almost every time. The assistants don't even acknowledge you when you arrive, "pretending" to be busy, and after waiting patiently for at least 10 +minutes at times, they look at you with a facial expression saying "what do you want!"....absolutely no greeting smile. Front End Staff are annoyed with clients reasonable questions. They don't respond properly and simply make you wait and wait and wait. It's a game for them. Very poor service.
