The customer service at this pharmacy is terrific, even when they are super busy, but in particular, Pharmacist Kam goes above and beyond when it's needed. This has become our primary pharmacy of choice since moving to this neighbourhood during the pandemic. We are grateful for the attentive, competent and kind care we consistently receive here. Love love love this pharmacy and their regular staff. They’re often busy so you might have to wait, but they’re kind, compassionate and take good care of your file. They also deliver within a radius.
Booked appointment for vaccine, they made me wait 20 mins saying they were busy, and then refused to do it saying they were just too busy .
