The workers are rude and unhelpful. The Drs don't take the time to understand the patient completely.
Discrimination against psychiatric and behavioral health patients. I spent over a year in treatment with these people, when my mental health treatment demanded a change of medication ARS was unwilling to ween or step me from the full dose of suboxone. Despite several pleas from the special needs unit of my insurance company, the therapist that they sent me to, my primary care physician, psychiatrist and, all other members of my care team. I have been a patient with them for over a yr now. The Docs an Nurses are extremely rude an treat you like your garbage (which i understand the job can be stressful) but u signd up for tht when you took the job at a addiction facility. I have never faild a drug test for them. But they refuse to put me on monthly visits, an im sure everyone knows why that is... $$$ Plus they do not even have a phone at the location you have to call the company if you need to reschedule or need info.
