0 if I could. Just had a horrible experience with the pharmacy manager. I handed him my insurance card in January and they have my information mixed up with someone else’s. That is, they have filed my Rx on someone else’s insurance and haven’t filed it on mine. This guy did not seem to comprehend that and was refusing to file the claims that they should have done in the first place. No apologies, no accountability, and I’m not sure if they fixed it at all at this point.
