None of the clinicians are doctors, none of the group facilitators are doctors, clear steps is all about raking in maximum profit while shelling out the least they possibly can. Insurance pays them $400 a day according to my mass health insurance company, they complain and threaten to view cameras for who is taking bags of chips home 🤣, they discharge patients from sober house (attached to clear steps) to protect their house managers who actually are the ones disrespecting the patients they discharge to protect their house ... read more
I have been a part of the clear steps program for seven months And also living in The Sober House They provide, right down the street The rent is very cheap for this beautiful area In the past seven months, they have given me the tools and knowledge that I need in my sobriety Everyone is super helpful and caring even though this is my first program and Sober House, I would recommend clear steps recovery for anyone struggling with an addiction and all the staff are super professional I give it a 10 out of 10
