I wish I would have never called this lawyer. I wake up in the middle of the night after putting ice on my back to write this. I was told that I would be getting 50,000. Only to be find out almost 2 years later I'm only getting about 5,000. I found out on the closing statement he's getting the same exact amount that I'll be getting. So I'm basically getting 33 percent of my check. Since the case settled for 18,000.
