Since D&F has taken over Creekpointe I have not seen any good changes . The buildings and hallways are dirty and need to be power washed, random ppl are still dumping trash on the property, tenants do not clean up after their dog . You cannot even walk in the grass and now all of a sudden , tenants need a pass to park in their own lot! We left the city for ☮️. I can see I will not be renewing my lease again . Smh
Drucker and Falk are a total nightmare to deal with, luckily they're no longer responsible for my apartment community. They're not interested in fully fixing issues, have horrible communication skills, and, if you'll notice, most of their positive reviews are from other companies or their employees; a majority of the tenant related reviews are all bad.
