Attempted to call the Richmond corporate office about plumbing issues in my apartment building and have yet to hear back. I guess they’re avoiding it just like my leasing office is :) Paying over $2000 and have to deal with knocking water pipes behind the walls in multiple units.
If you see a property is managed by these people, DO NOT LIVE THERE. Just horrible people to deal with. They constantly give you the run around and are a nightmare. Any positive review you see here was due to an incentive they offered tenants. Grateful to hopefully never have to deal with them again
Since D&F has taken over Creekpointe I have not seen any good changes . The buildings and hallways are dirty and need to be power washed, random ppl are still dumping trash on the property, tenants do not clean up after their dog . You cannot even walk in the grass and now all of a sudden , tenants need a pass to park in their own lot! We left the city for ☮️. I can see I will not be renewing my lease again . Smh
