I recently toured the Stratford Hills Apartments and Townhomes community owned by Drucker and Falk, and unfortunately, the experience left me with serious concerns. I was told that all of the units are being remodeled, but what I saw appeared to be unfinished work rather than completed renovations. There were paint chips throughout the unit, missing caulking under the sinks, and holes visible in the wall beneath the kitchen sink. Towed my car at my townhome after I put down a pet the night before this really shows how they care about there tenants avoid renting from these people they also did a half donkey job on there renovations scratched countertops scratched floors paint peeling off dangerous sidewalks, and half the time the leasing office doesn’t answer calls. And a 250 dollar tow after I put down my cat down shame on these people who hit me when I was already down that’s not how you treat your tenants.

Attempted to call the Richmond corporate office about plumbing issues in my apartment building and have yet to hear back. I guess they’re avoiding it just like my leasing office is :) Paying over $2000 and have to deal with knocking water pipes behind the walls in multiple units.
