Drucker & Falk have been excellent partners in the Columbus, OH market. They are communicative, consistent, and a pleasure to work with.
The methodology used to allocated water and sewer charges is deeply flawed. I was traveling from Nov 2 thru Nov 24 and received a water bill higher than all but one month in 2025. The on site management referred me to RealPage who referred me to the property management. Highly dissatisfied with not only the bill but the failure to take responsibility for the problem. Read the meters that are in place and charge based on usage. Resident at the Orchard.
Moved out from a Drucker + Falk managed property in Sept '25, it is now late Dec '25 and we have not received security deposit back despite multiple attempts to resolve. In November we went to the office in person to follow up on the status of our deposit after we got a utility bill with dates after our move-out ----- office manager informed us that the amount of the bill should have been deducted instead from the amount of our security deposit return check which had been sent to the rental unit address from which we moved o... read more
