Horrible management company, 4+ months to even get a quote for repairs to fireplace chimney, and ensure it’s up to fire code at Camden place. After they rented it as a recently renovated unit ready for rent, and still have no time line for resolution.

I was a resident at The Madison, managed by Drucker + Falk, and my experience was extremely frustrating. During the construction next door, around 20 screws were left scattered at the garage entrance, which caused two flat tires on my car. The construction superintendent even suggested it may have been tied to internal parking disputes so this was clearly not just random debris.
