I have been a resident at Pavilion Village Apartments since 2017 and recently have received unfair treatment by the property management and her leasing agents. Over the years, I’ve had to make complaints on neighbors such as leaving bulk trash outside the doors for days as captured on my ring camera, Walmart carts being left in various places of the community, neighbors smoking marijuana on the property inside of the apartments and being told by Alyssa Hunt, Property Manager, that since it’s almost legal neither the office o... read more
You all need to do something about your property at Ashbrook Villiage in Gastonia. Drive by shootings, car jacking, domestic problems, and theft. Really, for 1200 a month? Not to mention the tactics to get you into the place are unhanded, unethical, and problematic. Trash overflowing and stinking at every dumpster every week. There is a fee for everything and the pool is never opened.
Such an amazing company! Highly Recommend.
