I cannot say enough great things about Drucker & Falk. Everyone from their front office team to the maintenance team are so incredible. They are very kind, easy to work with, communicative, and all of their properties are so great to live at. 10/10 recommend!

I live at Canterbury Woods Apartments and it’s horrible I’ve been complaining about the tenants on the bottom level for months. Police came out and the tenant did vacate . But now it’s straggler’s in the apartment different people in and out of the apartment drug transactions being made loud music and it happens on the weekends when management is gone. Posted our water bill late one month and didn't extend the deadline on late fee. Gave us 48 hours to pay rent 6 days early. After this they took the portal to pay rent down early and told us to bring in a money order or cashier's check instead (or pay late fees after the portal comes back). Don't rent with these people.

Don't rent from these people. I was a renter for almost a year and my apartment was NOT in livable conditions when I moved in. I only stayed because they charged a 800 dollar FEE along with RENT to move. This charge was not stated anywhere in our lease! There's mold in our walls and ceiling, our floors was sinking and our appliances do not work. Maintenence had ignored our repair requests for months and dont inform us when repairs have to be done.
