Someone was supposed to call me back with information on decorations for my son's birthday party and no one did. I went by the store at 11:15 and no one was there. The store opens at 10. I called both phone numbers displayed on the business hours sign and someone would answer but say nothing. I was very interested in renting the location. Looks like that's not going to happen. Terrible customer service!
