A very efficiently run office. Dr LePhan has a good personality, and a sense of humor. Professionals don’t show that side to their patients very often sadly. Dental hygienist is friendly, and does a very good job. Office staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. I rate them 10/10!!
Friendly and professional atmosphere from check-in to check-out. Accommodating hours. Emily was thorough, efficient, and gentle throughout my 6 month check-up appointment.
Dr.Thu is the best and all of the staff that works for him. I'm always treated so good I really appreciate all they do for me.
Dr. Lephan is very thorough during his cleanings. He is friendly and at times shares personal stories. I enjoy learning about him. He has been our family’s dentist for years. Jean Ann is always friendly, happy and shares about her personal life too. The hygienists are kind and respectful. The whole staff is understanding and nonjudgmental about questions and concerns with cost. New Patient, First Visit, Shelby, OH. Highly Recommend. I am so glad I did my research and found Dr. Lephan. Zero regrets! The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The office is clean and in good order. Dr. Lephan is wonderful and actually takes time to listen to your concerns. If you're skittish of dentists, this is the dentist for you! After my first visit, I would not want to go anywhere else. Lay your worries down and give them a call. You'll be in good hands!
