Check in and wait times were good. Ginger was very friendly and helpful with questions.
Really disappointed in the lack of care from this physician. Went to see him for ear pressure that had been ongoing for a month, causing headaches and discomfort. He prescribed a steroid in which I finished, however the steroid did nothing for me and the symptoms did not improve. I requested to try an antibiotic in the meantime of waiting for a referral to an ENT and he refused and advised I go to urgent care. Feel completely blown off and will not be seeing this physician again
After going through multiple places and providers, I finally found someone who took the time to listen to my complaints. He seems to actually care about his patients. His whole team is amazing!
Visiting with Ryan was about the 3rd worst physician visit I've ever experienced. Ryan is a very good example of medical gaslighting. Refusing to give me refills on migraine medicine until I see a neurologist (which I have in the past). I've never experienced as many issues getting simple refills for maintenance medications in my life. I'm an extremely healthy person who takes a hormone for thyroid and medications for my headaches. Friendly, professional and thorough. A very nice man. I was seen promptly on time. I felt very comfortable with him and he listened to me attentively.
Visit was pleasant.
Ryan explained all the possible reasons for my issue. We are still in the testing stages, but I feel confident that Ryan will keep trying until the issue is resolved.
My vissit was a follow up on blood mr acevedo is a great listener not pushy always asks how i feel and listens to my needs . i really like him more Drs should be like him..
Ryan was able to provide me a last minute virtual visit.
