I'm extremely disappointed with Dr Speedometers customer service. My cluster was originally rebuilt by them and is supposed to be covered under their lifetime warranty. I reached out through their website and also sent an email, but I've received no response at all. Their website doesn't provide any clear way to submit a warranty return, and the only option shown is to pay the full rebuild price again. A lifetime warranty is meaningless if the company will not respond or provide a way to use it. Very frustrating experience.
My instrument cluster was sent in for repair in 2018. It is now failing again. I have called, no return call. I have emailed several times, no return email. Lifetime warranty means nothing when they ignore your request for service.
Excellent service and quality! I sent my ‘04 Suburban cluster in for a transmission temperature gauge upgrade, and some bulb replacements, and everything works perfect. Fast turnaround time and prompt communication. Highly recommended!
sent cluster to be repaired, cluster had a broken lens that was not replaced. cluster still acts up in vehicle. tried calling multiple times and emailing multiple times with no response. DR SPEEDOMETER, the name is DFI Performance. is there a better e-mail to reach out? we have tried a few times via email with no response , as well as voicemails.
