We saw Dr Chow at her clinic in Box Hill as my son had a suspected food allergy and frequent eczema flares. Dr Chow was very thorough with her history taking and I felt heard when bringing up all my concerns. She performed a skin prick test for my 7 month old who stayed happy throughout the quick procedure as she managed to keep him distracted. Just had a telehealth appointment for my baby with Dr Sing-Jill Chow and couldn't be happier with the appointment! The information and processes prior to the appointment was well communicated and enabled the appointment to go smoothly and efficiently. Amazing Doctor, friendly, empathetic, kind, courteous and thorough, couldn't recommend enough. Makes you feel comfortable, explains everything and makes sure you understand. Answers questions and helps put your mind at ease. Been taking our child since 6mo. Wonderful Dr. Highly recommend!
