The doctors and the staff here are amazing. But I was not happy with today's visit at all. I was told in the beginning that all of my daughters work was paid for and I did not need to bring her medical card to her future visits. Well I get there today and the assistant come out and asks for her medical card. I said "my husband has it and he is at work" she tells me "well we can't do anything without it" but you told me she did not need it...yes but she needs to be fitted for a new retainer....ok but you told me that she gets... read more
