The new receptionist is such a sweetheart and was wonderfully welcoming AND she took the time to help me get my prescription fax sorted out even though it’s not her area. I’ve only met with the new doctors/nurses a few times but so far the new staff on all fronts is wildly better than before. Thank you for your patience with us all so far and for making me not dread calling the doctor again! <3
Dr Varieur has been a great doctor. He has always been attentive and leaves little to chance. I have had Doctors that will diagnose an issue without any testing or research, only to find out that they were incorrect. Dr Varieur has been excellent in this regard. He is also interested in making sure that his patients have a say in their treatment. I have had a situation where Dr Varieur was not in his element. The receptionist is awful and rude regardless of circumstance. Dr. Varieur makes you feel like a burden, always rushed oh and mental health questions? Don't bother he's useless. I can't speak for Dr. Gzik never had her let's hope for better.
