Ridiculously unprofessional. Employees are disrespectful.
Danny's been our family mechanic for literally decades. Kind, courteous, always thorough, and fair prices. He's also very upfront about what kinds of jobs they're not equipped for, so when I needed a body shop, we asked for his recommendation (SSF ProColor) and they were great. I don't know what we'll do when Danny retires, but he sure has earned it!
Danny is very helpful. Master of his works. I had them installed brake pads and rotors for my car 6months ago. No issues till now. Highly recommend.
When I brought my car in they told me it was only going to be 1200 and then I come back for my car and they charge me 1600 and obviously they have my car so I had no choice but to give them 1600. Worst experience ever. Highly do not recommend there's another auto shop across the street that's way better. Youre welcome
They charged me $1400 to fix my brakes. I found it pretty funny. For context, the car was a 20 year-old Nissan. I was quoted $800 over the phone, then charged $1400 when I went to pick the car up.
