After reading the reviews I am surprised that this dental office has a 5 star rating. My mother has made 3 appointments with the office and each one was cancelled the day of the appointment. She needed dental work done Aug 20 of this year and it was cancelled. Again Oct 8th-cancelled. After waiting over 2 months for the Aug reschedule it was cancelled again due to someone in the office out sick. I understand people get sick; however 3 times and the waiting period is unacceptable.
Be wary of their new dentist, Dr. Abbasi. She told me I multiple cavities that needed to be filled ASAP. I ended up going to another business for the fillings and two different dentists told me I didn't have any cavities, and this was using the X-rays Dr. Abbasi took. When Dr. Abbasi was showing me these "cavities" on the computer screen, she had the hygienist zoom in and out and adjust the brightness/contrast until there was a "cavity." I showed up for my confirmed appointment, only to find the office closed. I'm really not sure what is happening with this office -- my hopes of it rebuilding are being dashed.
They made an appointment for my daughter on October 14th but upon arrival there was no cars in the parking lot, and I called a bunch of times and no one answered the phone. I even tried the front door it was not unlocked, It’s almost like they were not open today. Why make an appointment for a day they are not open. I had to call another dentist and make an appointment there for my daughter. The big issue is I had to miss some hours at work for a dentist office that was not even open today! Very unprofessional!
