Dr. Saracino gave me an inaccurate prescription, leading to severe dizziness, headaches, fatigue and a trip to Urgent Care. I had to visit this office 4 times until they gave me an accurate prescription (initial eye exam, glasses check, RX check, followed by a new exam). They charged me for the RX check, despite them being at fault -- It was discovered that the doctor skipped dilating my eyes which lead to the error (despite my chart indicating I consented to dilation).
