Dr. Saracino gave me an inaccurate prescription, leading to severe dizziness, headaches, fatigue and a trip to Urgent Care. I had to visit this office 4 times until they gave me an accurate prescription (initial eye exam, glasses check, RX check, followed by a new exam). They charged me for the RX check, despite them being at fault -- It was discovered that the doctor skipped dilating my eyes which lead to the error (despite my chart indicating I consented to dilation). I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Saracino + all staff here. I highly recommend this office. This was only my first time seeing Dr. Saracino but there's no doubt how knowledgeable he is. I felt comfortable the entire time and liked everything about the office; even the decor is tasteful. The check-in staff/medical assistants were so genuinely friendly too.
