After having horrible service with Lens crafters I came here frustrated and feeling it was me and no one would be able to give me clear vision again. The friendly staff was able to help me get glasses that I could actually see. Between the professional vision screening, free bottle of cleaning solution, free chocolate and a follow up call to make sure everything was still good. You couldn't ask for better service.

Don't purchase glasses from this provider. They are overpriced and we have had nothing but issues with my husband's frames since the first month that we've had them. The frames are metal and way too small for the prescription. You're, 'supposed,' to be the professionals and as such, should have suggested other frames. First issue, he cannot tilt his head forward without the glasses falling off. Second issue, because the prescription is too big for the frames the lenses pop out.
