People were nice and friendly. But they over charge. I should of just had a $10 co pay and that was it. For some reason I get charged $105 then when I question it they try to say they got this tier system that's why I got charged that. I guess they don't know how insurance works or something. Won't be going back to that place.
Had glasses ordered in Albion. Ask to have them sent to Ligonier which is closer to my home in Wolcottville . Never got a phone message that they were sitting in Albion office. Left 10/18 for my house in Tennessee! Frustrated with service and lack of communication for such a necessary and expensive service. Nikki Kunkle
