I love love love the doctors here. Some of the staff has been super kind, but I am giving 3 stars because on multiple occassions the staff has been rude, not called when my contacts were in, and not ordered contacts when I called to order. I understand human mistakes but it was several times. Bummed because the doctors are really great

After seeing a doctor who did not help me after I specifically asked to be referred to a neuro optometrist because I can't see very well which was obvious after almost wrecking my vehicle with my 7 year old child with me and then to find out that they never sent the referral in to anyone when I called weeks later and then speaking with someone who was very rude at the front desk and who did not give me her name, I would have to give this place a bad review.
