So very sad!! Have been going there for over 30 years!! Since Dr. Pritz and Gray retired the place is horrible!!! At least at the Marmora location!

This is such a shame to say. I’ve been going to Dr Gray since I was 5 years old. Once she retired and the daughter took over the place just went to hell. She is very rude, ZERO bedside manner, and the staff is just not the same. We loved Dr. Gray- always kind and efficient. I have to get a special test once a year and the technician was upset as she was ready to leave. She was on her cell phone and distracted then had to repeat it. I'm a patient at this office for years. The lack of customer service from them is unbelievable poor. I've left multiple messages and was told there was Phone issues. Now my appointment isn't till February. It's time to find a new dr

Great practice, friendly staff and professional doctors, but practice has lost doctors to retirement or other practices without replacing them. Patient for over 20 years who had to switch due to lack of appointment availability.
