Both me and my husband purchased their 3 step system at over $2000 each. We wanted to buy additional maintainers for our other shoes. They told us they were approximately $525 per pair. That is ridiculous!! I asked if they ever have sales and they said they just had a buy one get one free that ended at the end of November. They would sale more product if price wasn’t so high!! I bought my set of 3 inserts almost 4 years ago. I followed directions. My chronic left knee and right hip pain has resolved itself for so long now. I thought it was a combination of the inserts plus the water aerobics I was doing 3 times a week. This last year (covid) there had been zero water aerobics and knee and hip still in good shape with one exception. I left my inserts behind on a 3 week trip when I bought new shoes. These inserts saved me from walking like I was crippled. I never in a million years thought they would work. I followed the program EXACTLY as prescribed and the inserts worked for me. I am forever grateful.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. To the tune of $1200!!! Now I have to get a lawyer to help me get my money back because our 90 days was up during covid, we tried several times to get in contact with the store, no one ever called us back, then when we finally got in touch with the store because we had to get our credit card company involved, they told us we are past the 90 day return (even though we took them back to return them twice and they wouldn't let us) a... read more
