I had my Root Canal done at the Milford practice by Dr Erik Gonzalez and his team. I must say the procedure went very well. Dr Gonzalez was great! I was extremely nervous about the procedure but all is well. Thank you Dr Gonzalez and team!
The care was poor in the sense that the plan kept changing. It started with waiting for a senior dentist to return from vacation and then, upon his return, scheduling an appointment with me, and then stating he wanted to speak with another specialist treating me, and then never calling that specialist, and then not responding when I sent a note from that specialist, and then when I followed up again with his office, they said they’d call back twice and no call back! Last November my dentist referred me to Endodontic Group because of irreversible pulpitis in two of my lower right molars furthest from the back of my mouth. Dr. Gonzalez was my endodontist who performed the two root canals. He did a great job with removing the infection that were in both teeth. I always get so nervous before any kind of dental procedure but he was so professional, kind, gentle and thorough with handling my tiny mouth! Doctor Kisa Iqbal is amazing. I had a root canal with her and it was a very smooth experience. I suffer from anxiety during dental procedures but with her I felt very safe and she helped keep my anxiety at bay. She explained everything she did and took breaks when I needed them. I highly recommend her!
