I have been a patient at this practice since childhood and have always received exceptional care from the dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff during check-in and treatment. However, the one consistent drawback has been interactions at billing and checkout with Carol, the long-standing billing receptionist. Time and again, her demeanor has been abrasive, dismissive, and condescending, which stands in stark contrast to the professionalism shown by the rest of the team. The staff and the dentist doctor they were amazing very patient they gave you the answer you were looking for and everyone is so friendly and helpful great experience.
I was thankful that Dr. Mike was able to fit me in on short notice to adjust my bite guard. I called this morning and was able to get in the same day. Fast friendly treatment:)
