Beautiful modern office, very clean and comfortable, with a nice harbor view. They also have their own parking lot right outside of the building, which makes visits easier; I appreciate not having to park elsewhere and walk when we are not having sunny Summer Grand Haven weather. I have been a patient at this practice since childhood and have always received exceptional care from the dentists, hygienists, and front desk staff during check-in and treatment. However, the one consistent drawback has been interactions at billing and checkout with Carol, the long-standing billing receptionist. Time and again, her demeanor has been abrasive, dismissive, and condescending, which stands in stark contrast to the professionalism shown by the rest of the team.
