Unfortunately, not nearly as good as when Dr. McKinney was there. Whole office environment is decidedly colder and less customer friendly / pleasant AND less well trained. Was 5 Star worthy back in the day. Having to make appointments just to look at glasses is one example of it just being more uptight, but the overall friendliness and customer focus in gone.
