I've been a patient of Dr. Pam McClain for over 25 years. (Retired and I wish her all the best in life, she was truly amazing) With this new regime it's quite different. They just canceled my appointment for next week that I've had for months and told me next available is in 3 more months. Nice customer service. I'm not surprised at least one long-tenured hygenist just quit
Dr. Ferguson did a deep clean as well as my gum and bone grafting recently. I'm very happy with my results and recovery. She answers all my questions thoroughly and is calm, knowledgeable, and skillful. I thought it would be a very painful recovery-- and it was obviously not fun, but it was tolerable. She called me the evening of my surgery and gave me her cell number in case I needed anything. The staff is very professional and educates me on best home care. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs periodontal care.
