Dr Finney was very professional and so was the ladies in the office. Any questions I had was Answered! Would recommend Dr Finney at Clark Eye care very highly.
Staff were nice. Dr Alghandour is super nice and explains everything. Good selection of glasses. But I didn’t get to pick my glasses bcuz a customer was taking so long and I needed to get back to work. The customer was picking out glasses with a staff before my exam, during my exam and after my exam. I had to leave. Now i have to make an appt to come back to pick out glasses.
I got my first set of progressive lenses from Clarkson over a decade ago, and anyone who has them will tell you that first set is HARD to adjust to! I was going nuts, feeling crazy and overwhelmed, so I came back and told Jen that I wanted to cry and throw my glasses across the room. She listened patiently and asked if I would let her adjust them and have me try wearing them for a few hours. Easy breezy appointment, and Jen took my input and was super helpful to find me a couple pairs of glasses that really fit my style. Very organized system, happy to be a customer.
