My husband and I have been going here for years we love Dr Finney. He is an amazing Dr. My last appointment I was helped by Amber. She was so helpful in helping me with picking out glasses.,and so nice. She placed my order for my new glasses. Great personality. My husband and I went in the next morning to get our sunglasses and his glasses adjusted. She did a wonderful job.my husband is so picking about his glasses being adjusted.she got them right the first time. Such a pleasure being helped by this young lady. Great job.
The office staff was kind and helpful and the provider was professional, attentive and answered all my questions thoroughly.
I have been coming here for years. Both doctors are great as well as their staff, thus far. My last two experiences with the lady Jenna was unpleasant. I found her to be rude and short with her answers. Picking up a new pair of glasses should be a pleasant experience. A customer shouldn't feel as though they are wasting the person's time who is sitting in front of them. I would have rated this a five, but Jenna is the negative star here.
BEWARE. I purchased a pair of glasses in February of 2025. I paid for the glasses in full at the time they were ordered. I waited 3 weeks to get the glasses. I picked up the glasses with a paid in full receipt. 90 days later, in June 2025, I received a bill for additional money due for the glasses that I had already had since March of 2025. I have been getting two texts per week about the outstanding balance that was never discussed with me after I bought the glasses, after I picked up the glasses, or in the 90 days after I ... read more
