Had a great experience with my appointment. The optometrist was great and professional. Now, when I sat down with the sales team to go over benefits and options for contacts/glasses, the individual i worked with was very aggressive with trying to buy with them. It made me feel uncomfortable and obligated to purchase contacts through Clarkson. I decide not to purchase any product because of the way I was treated. Besides that, great experience.
The eye exam was great, both the nurse and Dr had great manners. The problem I had was picking out the frames, I gave Medicaid and it would only cover do much but this girl kept adding stuff life for example, extended warranty when I didn't ask or need but she put on my order. So at the end I still owed over $150 for glasses after Medicaid paid over $130. Just too much for glasses when you can get them online or at America's Best for 2 pairs for $89.
I been going here for over 25 years before they sold out to clarkson. I love Dr Finney. But I hate Clarkson. They rescheduled me again and again. Four times in a row for the same appointment. Never saw the same doctor again once the change happened. I have a few medical conditions and Dr Finney knew them well and never had to ask me the same questions about them.
