I had a great experience at this eye care office. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made the entire visit comfortable and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The doctors are great, very professional and took the time to answer questions or address concerns. 5-stars for them. 3-stars… I do NOT like the pressure to purchase new glasses every year… new sunglasses, regular, and reading/computer. I may have great insurance but I still have to shell out hundreds on top of insurance. Unless there is drastic change to my script, not happening.
As a new patient I found Clarkson to be very welcoming. Staff was upbeat and professional.
Was initially happy until this year Dr. Finney is very nice I have worked in the ophthalmology field for 20 years so I know how billing works prior to purchasing eyeglasses both computer and everyday progressive etc I was told exactly my portion and paid that portion VSP is very good about informing what one is exactly responsible for fast forward to a year I receive a bill I call question about it called my ins who said the claim was initially sent incorrectly then it was corrected and I owe zero so calling back to the doct... read more
