Love Dr Parrish. Been with her for years. The eye glass lady was a little pushy. Did not need prescription eye glasses for reading (I am fine with over the counter ones) but kept telling me I had $200 in insurance money to spend. Being pushy does not help the sale. Overall I do like this particular office.
Staff was very friendly and helpful had a great experience.
The receptionist, doctor and tech were great. They were welcoming and explained everything well. No trouble there. I had read previous reviews on Yelp about their high pressure tactics to sell their glasses so I was prepared for it. When my exam was over, the doctor escorted me out to “check out” to which I explained I did not have a co-pay and I wasn’t going to be purchasing glasses there. Great experience with Jenna helping me choose frames, especially since I am still new to glasses and not super confident about which styles are flattering, yet also suitable for progressive lenses. Her honest feedback was delivered professionally and kindly. With her help, the selection process was quick and painless
