Dr. Leff is polite enough to the patient, but his concern for you appears to be a bit of a veneer. He comes off as going through the motions rather than having any true concern or empathy. He's not very nice to his assistants, and snaps at them during the procedures. They appear to dislike him, and are more empathetic than he is. He works on multiple patients simultaneously, which is unpleasant and makes it take longer. First root canal, I wanted to leave quickly because i had not expected the type of procedure and the cost. Leff and Levin. took me into a room. I could not pay the whole amt right then the office So the largest of leff and levin was called in to close the door and stand blocking it. they kept me there until i wore a bad check for full amount.The Falls Churh police said this was kidnapping since they would not let me leave.Two stern large men blocking me in a small room makes me feel ashamed.
Dr leff was great..I need to say that listening in the office there was a nasty pt in the office. She was screaming at the staff and carrying on in a juvenile way. She yelled at the doctor and everything was wrong in her eyes. Regardless the Doctor and the staff kept calm and provided this unreasoinable woman in ewvery way. She was nevber going to be happy. Dr leff treated me and I think he was great. even after the event that was going on..I dont know how they do it but they were professional and I am happy ..Def go here
Awful. Nasty staff, interested in nothing except payment. Practitioner charged me full outrageous price to REDO a procedure. Most practitioners will redo needed procedures at no cost. Not this one! STEER CLEAR OF GARY LEFF DDS!!!
