Dr Buchanan and his team are highly skilled and cheerful. Dr B has a great deal of personal warmth and humor and is particularly focused on the comfort and whole health of his patients. It’s rare that I leave a dental appointment laughing or smiling but I did with Elite. Shoutout to his dental hygenist Avery . I have been seeing her for years and she is the best in the profession.
I used to really like this place, but things changed after the new ownership took over. Unfortunately, both my wife and I had to have dental work redone due to poor quality. I was initially willing to move on without saying anything, but then they sent us to collections over the charges for that subpar work. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.
Met Avery today and she did a fantastic job, very thorough but gentle. Ditto Dr. Buchanan. I'm a patient of Dr. Leaman but feeling confident that I will receive the same quality care when he isn't available.
