I had an appointment with Elite dental today and because of an outstanding balance I couldn’t be seen. Instead of giving me a phone call and letting me know before I drove all the way there the woman called me in and was extremely rude to me, she told me I couldn’t be seen and the appointments for my children would also be cancelled, her tone with me was completely uncalled for. Amazing dental office!!! Dr. Mugglie is amazing and the assistant I had was sooo nice!!! Would recommend all the time! Thank you for an amazing experience!!! Always nervous to go to a dental facility but you wonder people have helped that! Thank you!!
This place is falling a part. Since it became Elite dental things started turning for the worse. Re-scheduling our appointments multiple times and telling us within an hour of an appointment that it is illegal to have the appointment because there is no dentist there to check them. Poor management. Please beware.
After multiple cancelled appointments due to not having a hygienist, my family is looking for a different dental practice. Not only can they not keep scheduled appointments from 6 months to a year ago, they also cannot keep rescheduled appointments. We are constantly trying to call them, being redirected to their online scheduling and then recieve a text message anywhere from a week to a day before our appointments telling us they do not have a hygenist and are again canceling.
